This week we were joined by Mr. International himself, Mr. Shonie Carter.

The BIG news out of this interview is that Shonie in officially unretired.

Shonie explains that the reason for his announcement following his recent loss in Israel was basically caused from frustration over always getting the short end of the stick in decisions on smaller shows.

Shonie feels that promoters are using his name as a stepping stone to further up-and-coming fighters by giving them the win.

He explains that he is ready to fight anyone at any time and will fight all the way up to 205. He'll even fight Royce Gracie at UFC Rio if they ask him to.

Shonie also talks about much much more including his routine for staying in shape constantly, his uber-nerd ways concerning Facebook's Mafia Wars game, and why Bill Clinton wasn't wrong for messing around with Monica Lewinsky.
