The Joe Show ft. Bas Rutten

By: Brad and Nick

September 9th, 2010

bas rutten Who says we can't pull through technical difficulties and last minute planning!?! Our call-in computer crashed and we were working with a tight schedule but somehow we managed to pull together another good show an awesome interview with none other than El Guapo himself, Bas Rutten.

The busy Bas took some time out of his hectic schedule which includes co-commentating the very impressive up-and-coming regional promotion Shark Fights card with Don 'The Predator' Frye this Saturday at Shark Fights 13.

Bas talked with us about many things including how he handles his hectic schedule, his experience of training himself for a majority of his career, his thoughts on what a fighter's thought process is when determining when to retire, and of course his favorite off-camera prank that he's pulled on someone.

Also on the show we discussed this weekend's Shine Fights and Shark Fights cards, the cutting of Todd Duffee and the phone conversation between someone that is supposed to represent UFC and Dan Quinn.

The call in number is 1-877-JOE-SHOW.
