The Joe Show ft. Tim Kennedy

This week we were joined by Tim Kennedy.

After we were told that the 8-man middleweight tournament in Strikeforce would be temporarily canned, Coker announced that a fight between Kennedy and Jacare would decide who the next middleweight champion would be.

Kennedy filled us in with a lot of information including who and where he is currently training at for his next fight as well as other nice tidbits like why Blackberry is superior to the I-phone, some of the stupid nicknames he has been dubbed from fans and friends, and the reasoning as to why Strikeforce doesn't get much love with the ranking makers.

Since it was just Nick and I hosting we were able to get a good bit of boxing talk in the mix as well. It was nice to get to talk about the sweet science for once and is hopefully something that we will get to do more of in the future.

Overall this was a really good show and well worth the listen. Check it out.
